# Building the Science of Human Flourishing

Schools and universities are increasingly looking for new ways to support **student mental health and well-being**. Human flourishing education offers a new way forward: bringing students together to explore mindfulness, emotions, social connection, and purpose.

But it has to matter to today's students. **That's where we come in.**

At the Learn to Flourish Hub, students work alongside faculty to create, test, and refine new approaches to human flourishing education on their own campus.

## The Course

Penn State students can start with a three-credit course on the science of human flourishing.
