We view flourishing not as an individual process, but as inherently relational: how we navigate an imperfect world in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Flourishing isn't something you have, but something you continuously practice. It's built through small, daily actions.
We don't believe these capacities develop in isolation. That's why we emphasize group-based, in-person experiences that help students learn from one another.
Being surrounded by like-minded people who all want to increase empathy, understanding our emotions, resilience etc in the world has been very refreshing! After learning how important community is in class, it feels really good to be a part of another little community that is working towards good things.
